Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website idtcampus.in and to courses offered by IDT Campus, First Floor, Kaki Pind, Hoshiarpur Road, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, Punjab – 144005("IDT Campus", "we", "us"). By using the website or enrolling in a course you agree to them.

1. Courses and fees

Course content, durations and fees are listed on this website and may change. The fee that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing when you enrol. Batch dates and timings are confirmed at enrolment and may be rescheduled if needed; we will tell you of any change as early as we can.

2. Enrolment and payment

A seat is confirmed once your enrolment form and the agreed payment are received. Payment schedules, instalments and any refund or transfer terms are set out in your written enrolment agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

3. Attendance and conduct

Students are expected to attend classes, respect trainers and other students, and look after campus equipment. We may suspend or end the enrolment of a student whose behaviour seriously disrupts training or breaks the law.

4. Third-party software

Training uses software and websites run by other companies, such as ITS Dispatch, Samsara, Motive and Amazon Relay. These names and trademarks belong to their owners. IDT Campus is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and access to their services depends on their own terms, which may change.

5. Career support

We offer career guidance, interview preparation and placement assistance. We do not guarantee a job, a particular salary or an offer from any employer.

6. Course materials

Notes, recordings and other materials we provide are for your personal learning. Please do not copy, sell or share them publicly without our written permission.

7. Website use

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it is free of errors. Do not misuse the website or the enquiry form, for example by sending spam or attempting to access systems you are not authorised to use.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IDT Campus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our courses. Our total liability to a student is limited to the fees that student has paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.
