Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data IDT Campus, First Floor, Kaki Pind, Hoshiarpur Road, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, Punjab – 144005, collects through idtcampus.in, why, and what you can do about it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email address, the course you are interested in, and your message.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to send us when you contact us directly.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records basic request information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to run and secure the website.
• Website usage: pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, how far you scroll, time on page, and whether a form was started or sent. This is collected through Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tools it loads, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies. These browser tools never receive your name, phone number, email or message.
• How you found us: if you reach the site from an advert or a tracked link, we save the campaign details (such as utm tags), ad click identifiers from Google and Meta, the page you landed on, the referring site, your browser type and IP address with your enquiry, to measure which adverts work.
• Advertising measurement with Meta: when you send an enquiry, and if it later progresses (for example when you enrol), our server may send Meta a scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) copy of your email address, phone number and first name, together with your IP address, browser type and Meta cookie identifiers, through the Meta Conversions API. Meta uses this only to match the enquiry to its adverts and measure them; it cannot read the hashed details back as plain text.

We do not sell your data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

2. Why we use it

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, tell you about courses and batches you asked about, and manage your enrolment if you join. We use website usage data to understand which pages and courses interest visitors and to measure our advertising. We rely on your consent, which you give by using the website, submitting the form or contacting us.

3. Who processes it for us

We use these service providers, who handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase: stores enquiry form submissions.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Resend and Meta (WhatsApp): deliver notifications of new enquiries to our staff.
• Google: provides the embedded map, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, which load from Google's servers.
• Meta: provides the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, used to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts.

Some of these providers may store data outside India.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact with you, unless you enrol, in which case we keep student records as required by law.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email dispatch@idtcampus.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Security

Access to enquiries is limited to authorised staff with a password-protected account. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
